Back in July, there were reports that WWE would go PG-14 once again, switching from their current TV-PG parental guide.

However, there has been no update on the decision, and one wonders if WWE will be making the change under Triple H.
It should be reminded, when the announcement was made, Vince McMahon was still the Head of the Creative and the WWE CEO.

Now that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have taken the charge, it will be interesting to see whether WWE will switch back to its PG-14 ratings.
Brian Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes, the real reason why WWE wants to switch back to PG-14 is because they are tired of editing crows reactions.

“Honestly one of the reasons that they wanted to go TV-14 was because they’re sick of having to edit out these chants.” Alvarez said.
"There were incidents during NXT Heatwave on August 16 where fans chanted “holy s**t” and “you fu**ed up” during the show, so WWE had to mute it." He also added.

Is that the only reason or do you think WWE has more gore, violence, and profanity in store once it switches back to PG-14? Only time will tell.
