The Denver Nuggets star has been a big horse riding fan, from watching matches on the phone whenever he is free from practice or after games to his frequent talks about his love for horses.
Putting his horsing skills to the test, the 2023 NBA Denver Nuggets Champion recently won a horse race in his hometown of Serbia, where he has his own stable with his passionate love of racing.
Celebrating in his own family stable on another championship win, a video of Jokic with his close ones was leaked all over social media, where he was seen dancing around with the trophy in hand.
With the video leaked all over social media, NBA fans started to pour over with their tweets and hilarious reactions to the video, some in support and some with their sarcastic comments.
Reactions like 'this definitely means more to him than the chip'; 'he is more excited than winning the NBA championship!'; 'basketball is really his side gig'; 'this counts as back-to-back titles.'
The 2023 NBA Champion, however, has taken a keen interest in his post-retirement plans, as revealed in a recent interview about becoming a pro at horseback riding.
"My dream is to move back to Serbia and become a trotting coach. My country is the worst in trotting with maybe 150 starting horses and it is very difficult to start abroad. But it's still great fun."
