New Orleans Pelicans power forward, 6-foot-6 Zion Williamson, drafted in 2019 as the 1st overall pick, has established himself among the most popular and experienced players in terms of speed and agility.

As part of only 114 games in his four-season career, Zion's multiple injuries kept him away for 194 regular-season games, which had a big effect on his ongoing career with the Pelicans.

Having already faced the recent situation of his alleged tryst with adult film star Moriah Mills with evidence of leaked pictures and allegations, Zion is currently under a lawsuit by a tech company.

The lawsuit was filed on claims of a failed $2 million payback against him, his stepfather, Lee Anderson, and his mother, Sharonda Sampson, to Ankr PBC, a California technology-based company.

The payback was a result of a bridge loan established with the company in 2021 to cover their investment obligations faced during Zion's temporary suspension of lucrative contracts from endorsements.

The loan, made on an agreement of payback by August 21, 2022, suffered major extensions by the family, which led to a forbearance agreement to finally receive a repayment of $500,000 by April 25.

With the remaining $300,000 from the covered interest and $1.8 million failing to be paid back on July 6, the company issued a lawsuit against them.

With hopes of establishing a partnership with the Pelicans star, the company was previously in negotiations with his stepfather, Lee Anderson, as his business manager on an up-front payment of $150,000.
