With the commencement of the NBA pre-season games, Houston Rockets player Dillion Brooks, gaining prominence at the FIBA World Cup as the best defenseman of the Canada team, is currently in loop.

In the remaining 7 minutes of the first half game of October 11 between the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers, Brook received a fragrant 2 foul for his demeaning action against an opponent player.

During his 4-minute appearance on court, Brook, instead of scoring any points for the team, ended up portraying his dominance against Pacers center Daniel Theis, hitting him up in the groin area.

Ending up with an ejection for the rest of the game for his reckless action, Brooks has now been given a $25,000 fine following an official statement released by the league on Thursday.

"Dillon Brooks has been fined $25,000 for recklessly making contact with Indiana Pacers Center Daniel Theis in the groin area, it was announced today by Head of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars."

"The incident for which Brooks was assessed a flagrant foul 2 and ejected occurred with 7:27 remaining in the first quarter of the 122-103 win over the Pacers on Oct. 10 at Toyota Center, Houston."

Receiving the first ejection of his career, Dillon's reputation established with the Memphis Grizzlies has, however, been compromised today with a degrading personality on his clean image.

Despite his absence for the rest of the game, the Houston Rockets succeeded in securing their first win of these pre-season games against the Indiana Pacers by 122-103.
