LeBron James, who is 38 years old, is still one of the NBA's most powerful and active players. He recently surpassed Kareem to become the all-time leading scorer in the NBA.

The reason he stays so fit at 38 is because James spends a staggering sum of money each year to keep his agility and physique in top condition.

LeBron James reportedly spends over $2 million per year on his body to stay fit and healthy. He spends money on a variety of things as part of his training routine, which includes nutrition, massage, recovery, and personalized training.

James spends a lot of money working with some of the best trainers and coaches in the world to maintain and increase his level of fitness.

LeBron uses cryotherapy as part of his recovery routine, which involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for short periods of time.

LeBron regularly spends money on massages, chiropractic adjustments, and other recovery therapies to recover from the intense physical training.

Other than massages and cryotherapy, James also uses a hyperbaric chamber, a machine that exposes the body to high-pressure oxygen to help speed up recovery.

Even if the sum of all these costs comes to roughly $2 million, it is beneficial since LeBron still dominates the floor despite having a lot of young guys there.
