After Nate Diaz submitted Tony Ferguson at UFC 279, the former featherweight champion Max Holloway couldn't resist praising him for it.
Former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway tweeted, "Nate is a g! Excited to see what’s next! #UFC279".
The UFC 279 was Nate Diaz's last fight under his current UFC contract. He'll most likely retire from UFC after this.

Diaz defeated Tony Ferguson in a rearranged card after his original opponent Khamzat Chimaev missed the weight by 7.5 lbs.
Diaz won the fight by submission, he guillotine choked Tony Ferguson after an entertaining fight of more than 3 rounds.
Tony Ferguson was making his welterweight return after more than a decade. He had lost his last four lightweight bouts.
Holloway's next fight is yet to be scheduled and the opponent is also not confirmed. There are speculation that he'll be fighting outside the featherweight class.
