Nate Diaz Now Has the Key to Stockton After UFC Retirement

Former UFC fighter, Nate Diaz has been removed from the UFC as a result of his contract being ended.

As of now, his fight with Tony Ferguson where Nate won with a submission, remains to be his last one in the UFC.

The exclusive window of time for negotiations between UFC and Diaz is now closed as we have yet to confirm his future MMA career.

Nate Diaz, has been vocal about his contract ending in recent times. So his fans are speculating his future plans for now.

At a Stockton Kings game on Saturday, Diaz received a "key to the city" from Mayor Kevin J. Lincoln of his California hometown.

The ceremony took place at a Stockton Kings basketball court as Nate was given the Key to his hometown.

This has left Nate Diaz a free agent for now to arrange fights as he pleases. Also having the opportunity to take other MMA organisations offers.

His 18-year fighting career has been nothing short of remarkable. Fans are left on a cliffhanger currently waiting for Nate to make the next move.
