UFC 291 proved to be one of the best action-packed pay-per-views, as fans saw an exhilarating variety of fights. The heavyweight fight on the main card was one such fight that ended quite early.

The bout between Derrick Lewis and Marcos Rogerio de Lima ended in a mere 33 seconds of the first round. Rogerio de Lima took extensive damage from Lewis' flying knee, which caused Lima to skid.

Lewis wasted no time after the devastating blow to Lima's chin and finished the fight with brutal ground strikes. Lewis got himself back in the win column after his losing streak.

Derrick was coming off a losing skid against fighters including Sergei Spivac and Sergei Pavlovich, and with this win, Lewis continues to be a factor in the UFC's heavyweight title picture.

Whereas, for de Lima, who entered the bout with a good run of wins, he snapped a loss after winning four of his last five fights. After the setback, de Lima suffered more than just emotional trauma.

In his interview with Super Lutas, de Lima opened up about the aftermath of his UFC 291 loss, stating how the people from his country were bothering him, instead of supporting the fighter.

Adding further to his statement, de Lima expressed his misery about his loose teeth. "I took a hard knee. My teeth are all loose. I can’t eat properly. It’s a hard moment."

Lewis has been the 'KO king' with 14 knockouts in his career, whereas, de Lima will certainly look forward to a redemption soon, but it is uncertain how much time he will need on the sidelines.
