The 23-time Grand Slam winner, Serena Williams, has lately been enjoying a moment of fandom for none other than the legendary R&B artist Rihanna.

Everyone who loves Rihanna, from Coco Gauff to the legendary American tennis player Serena, was thrilled at the news that she will be performing at the Super Bowl half-time show.

Williams also holds a tiny ownership interest in the NFL franchise Miami Dolphins, which undoubtedly increased her excitement for the Super Bowl.

Despite Williams' team losing in the playoffs, she was not disheartened. She chose to see the silver lining since she was anticipating Rihanna's significant stage comeback!

Williams said earlier, "I sure hope she does 'Lift Me Up.' It makes me cry every time." It's been one of the favorites of the tennis legend.

She further confessed her admiration for the singer, "I’m such a massive Rihanna fan. I just was so happy that she did that song for [Black Panther: Wakanda Forever] and I’m so happy that she is doing the Super Bowl."

The sensational Rihanna made her return to the stage with her much-anticipated performance at Super Bowl LVII, and performed many of her hits. Many fans and celebs reacted to her breathtaking performance.
