A rising WWE star, Logan Paul, who is a boxing sensation and a YouTube star, recently challenged a professional mixed martial artist, Dillon Danis, for a boxing match.
The fight scheduled to take place on October 14 in Manchester, England, will witness Paul's return to the boxing ring since his last outing against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in an exhibition bout.
In his last fight against Floyd Mayweather, Logan was unsuccessful in grabbing a victory, resulting in a draw. Despite this lack of success, he is confident that he can defeat Dillon.
In a recent video uploaded by Paul, he clearly states that he's willing to make a $1 million bet with Conor McGregor that he will emerge victorious in the bout against his teammate.
“You’re so confident in your boy, I’ve got a bet for you. I’d bet Dillon, but he’s a broke b****. I got a million dollars that says I beat your boy on October 14." stated Logan in the video.
Danis, who had been out and out in the combat sports scene, stepped inside the Bellator cage and picked up two consecutive wins. However, Dillon has been competing since 2019.
McGregor and Danis have recently shared images of them in training sessions, and 'The Notorious' believes that his longtime teammate will definitely win against Paul.
While speaking with Matchroom Boxing, Conor said, "They woke an animal. I’ve known Dillon years and I’ve trained with him many times. I’m gonna train him for this and I guarantee a win so I hope [Paul] shows up."
