The reporter accused Pique of having an affair with a 23-year-old student, Clara Chia Marti, and that brought immense turmoil into the lives of Gerard and Shakira.
Shakira and the Spanish defender then accepted their fate and announced their breakup, but the ex-couple hasn't moved on as on several occasions they have mocked each other.
After a series of events that includes Shakira dissing Pique and his family in her new song and Pique retaliating back by showing off his casino catch, a new controversial remark was made by Shakira on Clara Chia.
During a conversation of Shakira with journalist Roberto Antolin on his show, Shakira poured out her anger on Clara and called her "Little Dead Fly"
Antolin also stated that Shakira didn't see that coming (Pique's affair) and that she was shocked even more after realizing that Pique cheated on her with an intern at Kosmos.
The reporter also said, "When Pique started the relationship with Chia, she put her foot down and told him. 'I'm not going be just another affair. If you want to be with me, come out and say that you are no longer with Shakira."
