The Nets and Dallas Mavericks have secured an agreement about the trade of Irving. Finally, Kyrie Irving is leaving Brooklyn and joining the Dallas Mavericks to play with Luka Doncic.

According to two of the sources, the Nets were anticipating receiving guard Spencer Dinwiddie, 29, who spent five seasons with the team from 2016 to 21, forward Dorian-Finney Smith, 29, a first-round pick in 2029, and a number of second-round picks.

However, LA Lakers star LeBron James has possibly reacted to the scene with a weird message that left the fans completely confused.

James made a strange tweet after Kyrie Irving was traded to Dallas Mavericks by the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday.

James tweeted: “May be it’s me,” this suspicious message led to various controversies among the NBA fans as they tried interpreting the tweet in their own ways.

Fans pondered whether James was criticizing Rob Pelinka, the general manager of the Lakers, for not signing Irving to his team since he was expecting Irving to be traded to the Lakers.

While many thought that LeBron was questioning his ability to play at the highest level as he ages, some thought that the cryptic message was a reflection of his losing patience with the Lakers.

Several fans commented o James’ tweet making fun of him. A fan wrote: “Nah king. It’s Rob.” While another wrote: “No, it's LeBron. Worst move the Lakers ever made. Give the franchise over to a player who said if he wins " that would be icing on the cake" but wants to be here for post Lakers stuff…..”
