In the main event of UFC 285 on Saturday, Jon Jones makes his long-awaited comeback after a three-year absence when he takes on Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight title.

"The delay in my heavyweight debut was not caused by money problems, disagreement with the UFC, or anything similar." Jones said to ESPN, "I simply wanted to be at my best when I did come back."

“My goal for three years is to become the heavyweight champion of the world. It’s what I pray about, it’s what I sleep on, it’s what I dream about. It is who I am, and I will get it done.” said Jones.

In a recent picture of Jon Jones, fans made fun of his body as he gained weight. "Cyril Gane will beat Bones. No surprise. You cannot be in your prime twice" said one.

"He is a warrior, not a bodybuilder. It doesn't matter how he appears as long as this doesn't slow him down or exhaust him. I think Jones will win this one quite comfortably" commented a fan.

"Jon Meat Jones" "I'm concerned" "Thiccc" are the comments made by some of the UFC fans. They seem concerned about his dad bod as he returns after 3 years for a fight.

His fans think Jones is not yet ready to fight Ciryl as he doesn't look 100% fit. They think he should've got rid of his dad bod before appearing for his next fight.

Chael Sonnen also tweeted about Jones, "Watched the 2 embedded's that are out. His bones and joints are weak, both episodes he is in the pool. Pool workouts are for injured and low impact. He is in recovery mode."
