Jon Jones is seemingly in peak condition as he put on a lot of weight ahead of the heavyweight title fight against Ciryl Gane. The UFC legend claims he's "knocked out" training partners.

His physique does not look as impressive after his bulked-up physique was revealed in a recent photoshoot. Fans are worried about how Jones will perform. Some even labeled him "out of shape".

"I have great pride in my endurance. I worked really hard and feel like a stronger version of myself. It’s not about how you look but how you perform.” Jones said when he was asked about his weight gain.

"At the camp, I have knocked out other people during training. When I decide to knock guys out, they do so. Currently I have a takedown percentage of almost 100%." said Jones.

'Bones' isn't buying the remarks his opponent made about "not training" before their title battle was announced. "I won't be lulled to sleep by him like 'I'm happy to be here, life goes on if I win or lose.'"

"It's hard to say whether Gane is the toughest challenge of my career or not. I'm ready to sweat and leave my heart out there however it goes, I'm pretty prepared for victory." said Jones.

Without a doubt, one of the best heavyweights the UFC has ever seen is Ciryl Gane. Jones believes that Gane is not well-rounded. He claimed that he would outwork Ciryl Gane with his wrestling and grappling.

It goes without saying that Jones' best chance of winning is to outwrestle Gane. After losing to Ngannou, fans are expecting better wrestling from Gane and eager to find out if it will be sufficient to handle Jones' expert wrestling.
