The boxing and YouTube sensation Jake Paul yet again spills some beans over the UFC's controversial fighter pay. Jake has had heated exchanges with UFC president Dana White regarding fighter pay.

Jake Paul, who recently triumphed over former UFC star Nate Diaz in the boxing ring, has also signed a multiyear deal with PFL and plans to set foot in the MMA scene very soon.

Since Paul has turned to combat sports, he has been involved in advocating for fighter pay and most recently desires to see entry-level fighters receive significant pay from the UFC.

Mentioning the promotion's revenue, Jake revealed that the UFC makes billions of dollars over the year, but the fighters only get fifteen percent of it, and he claims that is where all of it stems from.

As Paul came up with a few suggestions on how the pay of the fighters could improve, he discussed a few of the points with his business partner and former UFC chief financial officer, Nakisa Bidarian.

“The fighter minimum in the UFC is $12,500. It should be at least $50,000, If they made it $50,000, that would change the smaller fighters’ lives in a big, big, big way," stated Jake on 'Hotboxin'.

“If they changed the fighter minimum to $50,000, it would only cost the UFC $20 million per year. But that $20 million would be going into the smaller fighters’ pockets and it’s a world of a difference." added Jake.

However, Paul's intentions to raise fighter pay might make the sport a better place, give a better boost to the entry-level fighters, and also relieve them from doing other jobs outside of the UFC.
