Inside Kawhi Leonard’s Lucrative Deal With New Balance

As per the league sources, Kawhi has a multi-year shoe deal with the brand flourishing New Balance.

According to Nick DePaula, Kawhi earns more than $ 5 million per season. This amount may put Leonardo among the top 15 deal earners in shoe endorsements.

Kawhi turned down his deal of $22 million with Jordan Brand in March 2018 and signed a deal with New Balance in the same year.

Kawhi is the highest-profile player on New Balance's roster. Leonard was made the face of the company.

Kawhi's first signature shoe from New Balance was named KAWHI. However, OMN1S was the first shoe that he wore from New Balance, and the cost of which is $140.

As per Forbes, Kawhi earns $ 5.5 million from the New Balance deal. He also signed a $176.3 million deal with a 4-year extension with New Balance.

There are reports that Kyrie Irving might sign a show deal with New Balance after his termination from Nike. New Balance might soon prefer Irving to sign him to a new shoe deal.
