Novak Djokovic is a Serbian professional tennis player. He has been world No. 1 for a record 373 weeks and has finished the year as No. 1 seven times.

He has won 21 Grand Slam men's singles titles, including a record nine Australian Opens.

The Serbian's left leg has been a hot subject at Melbourne Park since he arrived with it and had medical timeouts in his second and third-round matches.

Despite this, he won both and then went on to defeat Alex De Minaur in the fourth round on Monday, losing just five games.

However, despite all of these victories, many have questioned his injuries, and many fans have blamed him.

In quotes received by tennismajors.com from Serbian media, Djokovic addressed to those who questioned whether he was actually hurt, saying: "I leave the questioning to those individuals - let them doubt.

"At this point, I'm not really concerned in what others are thinking and saying. It's exciting to watch how the story around me develops," Djokovic remarked.

"But I'm accustomed to it, and it simply gives me more strength and determination. As a result, I thank them." He came to a conclusion.
