The MMA community is well aware of the social media feud between UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, which has been going on for a long time.

Their beef dates back to when Jones hadn't made his comeback to the octagon and fans compared Adesanya's skills with Jones, supposedly intending for their clash.

The two had been poking each other as Adesanya made fun of Jones' legal difficulties, his failed Nike endorsements, and even went on to insult Jones's mother.

Whereas Jones criticized Adesanya publicly for not following through on their match once, the two seemed to have come to an agreement on their beef, as Adesanya recently tweeted, saying, “Hugs xo”.

In a recent interview, Jones admitted that his favorite fighter in the UFC is Israel Adesanya since he is a great entertainer in the sport. To this, Adesanya seemed shocked in an Impaulsive podcast.

“I’ve been a fan of Jon since I saw him at (UFC 94)… We had beef, and for a few years, it was like that… But real recognizes real, I’ll put it that way.” stated Adesanya in the podcast.

The middleweight champion uploaded a video recently where the two seemed cordial with each other, and in another video, the two bumped into each other on the Las Vegas Casino Floor.

As the fans expected a heated encounter, the two were caught spending a considerable amount of time sparring and later sharing meals together.
