Former NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose has been reportedly released by the WWE after she posted explicit images on her page.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Rose has been released by the company due to the adult content posted on her Fantime page.

The Toxic Attraction member posted explicit images and videos on her Fantime page and WWE felt that this was a breach of her existing contract and therefore released her.

Mandy Rose had one of the longest championship reigns in recent times after she held the NXT Women's Championship for over 410 days.

Circled Dot

Her reign was abruptly ended after she lost an impromptu match against Roxanne Perez on this week's NXT. This came as a huge shock for wrestling fans.

Rose made her main roster debut alongside Paige and Sonya Deville in 2017 as part of the group Absolution. After Paige retired, she teamed up with Deville and later feuded with her.

After her feud with Deville, she moved back to NXT and she had the best run of her career as she created the Toxic Attraction group alongside Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.

It's unclear what's next for Rose in her career. Some fans expect her to move to AEW and reunite with Saraya while some feel that she will return to the WWE once the current issue is sorted.
