The fight between a boxer and an MMA fighter has never failed to entertain the combat sports audience.

The prime example of this type of fight was the match between legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather and former UFC champion Conor McGregor.

The match saw a lot of excitement as people witnessed the UFC double division champion competing outside of the octagon and hanging on for 10 rounds against an elite boxer.

Floyd now wants to recreate that magic by again competing with another UFC fighter and McGregor rival, Jose Aldo.

It is said that Mayweather is in contact with Aldo as he is looking for a competitive fight after fighting against YouTuber-turned-boxers like Logan Paul and Deji.

Aldo has already expressed his desire to make his boxing debut after retiring from MMA and hence, it is very likely to witness the Featherweight Champion competing inside the ring.

Meanwhile, Mayweather has plans to take on Aaron Chalmers, whereas Aldo has booked his slot with UFC veteran Jeremy Stephens on the 1st of April, suggesting that fans might need to keep their patience for this match.

Regardless of the wait, fans will be delighted to see the heavy competition when a powerful opponent meets an unstoppable force, creating history inside the boxing ring.
