Tiger Woods' former girlfriend Erica Herman filed a complaint against him claiming that the golfer kicked her out of the house where they lived together for 6 years, as per the court documents.

As per the TMZ Sports report, the couple had been sharing the house in Hobe Sound, Florida where Herman had exchanged some of her valuables for living there, free of rent.

Erica claimed they had already broken up after Woods duped her into believing she was taking a vacation. She said that after being driven to the airport, she was informed that she had been "locked out" of the house and was not permitted to go back.

Herman said: "By trickery, agents of the Defendant convinced the Plaintiff to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence.”

Herman also claimed that she had an “oral tenancy agreement” with Woods which should have allowed her to live in that house for 5 more years even after their breakup. Since that was denied to her, she is demanding $30 million as compensation.

Tiger’s Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which possesses the home’s title, is accused in the lawsuit. According to Erica’s lawyers, the $30 million compensation sum was determined by the "reasonable rental value" of the home for the remaining 5 years.

Herman also claimed that after being ejected from the house, more than $40,000 of her personal funds were taken. It is still not clear whether the case filed by Herman also includes sexual harassment or misconduct.

However, as per Tiger’s team, Herman stayed with Tiger only as his girlfriend, and no such oral promises were ever made and she did not live in the house when she was dating Tiger.
