Dwayne Johnson's Big Project Suffers $63 Million Losses

Dwayne Johnson promised to begin a new era in the DC universe with his movie Black Adam and he arguably was successful in his mission.

Black Adam introduced many new characters and brought back Henry Cavill to play the iconic role of Superman.

However, considering the hype behind the movie before release Black Adam was not a success at Box Office.

As per insider reports, Black Adam needed $600 million to breakeven as WB spent $80 million in advertising campaign and $195 production cost.

Sources from WB claim that Dwayne Johnson's first DC movie needed to earn $450 million to breakeven.

However, Black Adam has managed to generate just $387 million, which means WB has lost $63 million with the movie.

This is certainly disappointing for Dwayne Johnson, who certainly put years of effort into making this movie.

Despite the loss, it's very likely that fans will see a sequel of Black Adam. Dwayne Johnson might even appear in other DCU projects.
