Last year, in the Dwayne Johnson film "Black Adam," Henry Cavill made his eagerly awaited return to the DC Universe as Superman. Cavill's decision to reprise was mostly due to Johnson.

Johnson had the idea to cast Black Adam against Superman, but Peter Safran and James Gunn abandoned all of the earlier projects. Henry Cavill and Dwayne Johnson left the franchise as a result of this.

Dwayne Johnson explained the studio's choice to recast Superman. "It's like when you have a pro team and you have a new owner, and says, I'm going to go with somebody new," he said.

He said, "Our audience score was in the 90s," in an interview. "But that's just the way things work." Some fans observed that the actor appeared genuinely hurt when the subject was raised.

Fans are waiting to see what the newly created DCEU has in store for them after the collapse of the old one. They are concerned about how the brilliant actors will recover from the Black Adam setback.

James Gunn and Peter Safran announced their upcoming projects. They declared that the first chapter of the project would be called "Gods and Monsters."

The announced projects will be Swamp Thing, The Authority, The Brave and the Bold, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, and Superman: Legacy.

They also declared about the television program, which will include episodes of Paradise Lost, Booster Gold, Lanterns, Waller, Creature Commandos, and Creature Commandos.
