WWE legend Dwayne Johnson is in trouble after releasing the profit report of his first DC movie, Black Adam.
Not so long ago, it was reported that Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam would suffer a loss of $50-100 million.
However, The Rock allegedly leaked news to Deadline that Black Adam would make a profit of $52-$72 million, which included all revenue factors (VOD, Blu-Ray etc).
WB executives however did not agree with The Rock's statement as the financial report was filled with assumptions.
Dwayne Johnson's controversial action to prove Black Adam is a success was called "one of the sillier trade stories of all time".
Fans call out Dwayne Johnson for lying about Black Adam and said that The Rock's ego could not handle the failure of Black Adam.
Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam was expected to be one of the biggest DC movies ever, especially with the hype behind Superman's return.
However, Black Adam failed to cross $400 million worldwide, which is not an impressive number compared to recent Marvel and DC movies.
