Bruce Willis is regarded as one of the finest actors in the Hollywood industry. Action and thriller movies were his forte.

Among all of his films, his performances in Die Hard and The Sixth Sense received widespread acclaim.

Meanwhile, the fans are excited for Bruce's next venture, where he is supposed to play trainer for Mike Tyson in a movie named "The Cornerman," set to be directed by Rupert Friend.

The project was announced in the year 2018, and by then, Bruce's admirers expected to witness that movie in 2022. However, huge obstacles came between the movie and the audience.

According to reports, Bruce's family recently announced that the veteran actor is a victim of frontotemporal dementia.

The actor's family said in a statement that "Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed."

The statement further adds, “Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.”

Hence, despite some progress in Bruce's condition, it seems that the chances of the actor's participation in the movie are bleak and that there is a possibility of a change in the cast.
