Born on December 8, 1985, Dwight Howard II, who is currently playing in Taiwan's professional basketball league T1 for the Taoyuan Leopards, is an NBA champion and 8-time All-Star.

Foregoing his college year, he declared for the NBA draft in 2004 and was selected by the Orlando Magic as the first pick. He played a major role, averaging 22.9 points and 14 rebounds per game in 2010–11.

Standing 6 feet 10, Howard's physique and athleticism have caught the attention of other NBA stars with great rebounding and guarding skills. He had a vertical leap of 39.5 inches back in 2011.

Dwight's weekly workout routine involves training under the trainer's guidance with chest and triceps training on Monday, focusing on leg training the next day, and resting on Wednesday.

On Thursday, Dwight works on the shoulders, biceps, and back with weight lifts and dumbbells, followed by push-ups and squats on Friday, ending the week with cardio exercises.

In terms of his diet plans, he was quite unfit compared to his workouts. As per sources, he was fatigued from excess sugar intake in 2013 from eating dozens of chocolate bars and other types.

Struggling with fatigue, he went for a healthy diet, avoiding sugar-related products, processed food, and unhealthy oils but consuming nutrient-based and protein-rich foods like fish, beef, and eggs.

Besides this, nutritional supplements like whey protein for muscle growth and multivitamins that provide minerals are also included in his diet plan.
