Many MMA fans would claim that Jon Jones winning against Dominick Reyes was one of the biggest robberies in UFC history.
The fight was extremely close. However, Reyes would have made history had he won the fight against Jon Jones.
Dominick Reyes would have been the only fighter to beat Jon Jones and we are not counting Jones losing his fight due to a 12-6 elbow.
The judges scored the fight (48-47, 49-46, 48-47) in favour of the former light heavyweight champion, Jon Jones.
It was a shocking decision for many in the MMA community as the majority of the fans scored the first three rounds in favour of Reyes.
Even UFC president, Dana White believes Dominick Reyes did enough to win the fight against UFC legend Jon Jones.
Since the loss to Jon Jones, Dominick Reyes has suffered two more brutal KO losses and his career is certainly in jeopardy.
Reyes will be aiming to secure a win at UFC 281 and get on a winning streak to earn one more shot at the light heavyweight title.
