Whenever there is a mention of the NBA, the name LeBron James is always included in the list as part of the two prominent eras of players like Kobe Bryant, Stephen Curry, and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Entering the 21st season of his NBA career, the Lakers star has recently been criticized by an MMA fighter with open claims of using steroids in comparison to his longevity in the league.

Making his appearance on the Flagrant podcast, Chael Sonnen, a former MMA player, commented harshly, posting accusations about LeBron's consumption of PEDs through his known and common contacts.

"If the world understood what LeBron did, like other basketball players will hear what LeBron does, if you knew what these performance enhancers did, then you would know why it does matter."

Adding further to his statement, "We have the same drug guy. I know exactly what he's doing," Chael gives an indication to the fans, without any supporting factual proof or evidence.

Besides this, there have been several other comments made by eminent personalities posing similar accusation on LeBron's steroids intake, including Stephen A. Smith, as discussed in a past interview.

With such hardcore training, even at the age of 38, LeBron James has established his image and personality as one of the dominant forces and hardworking players to have been part of the league.

The NBA star has been actively spending a lot of money on workout and training-related things, from gyms to the related equipment and his relationships with nutrition-based brands or companies.

Stating on its longevity, LeBron, says, “At the age of 38, for me, it’s mental. How much rest I can get from day to day, get my optimal sleep, get the right food in me, and treat my body right.”
