Another key ingredient of Ronaldo's success in this sport has been his fitness and physique. He has been very particular regarding his health and exercise, which is why at 37 he is still performing at the top level.

Many young fans and wanna-be soccer players are pondering how Ronaldo is maintaining that physique, and a sports brand has obliged them by sharing that secret routine to get six-pack abs.

According to reports, Nike has decided to share the routines of famous athletes to help young guns shred some fat, and they will also roll out Ronaldo's regime.

The brand has mentioned that Ronaldo has a habit to drink tea with milk/honey or milk or soak in his jacuzzi for approximately 20 odd minutes and he does this the night before every match.

Nike also stated that during their conversation, Ronaldo stated that this exercise not only relaxes your body but also boosts your mental strength, which is very important for a player to perform.

Apart from this, Joaquin Juan, who is a professional fitness trainer and who also trains Cristiano, educated the spectators by sharing what Ronaldo does on his leg day.

Juan in an interview said, “Because the core functions to stabilize the entire body, maintain proper muscular and joint stability, and allow for proper biomechanics, core workouts are critical to Cristiano’s health and longevity as an athlete."
