Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the greatest footballers of all time, is facing calls to leave Saudi Arabia after making an indecent gesture during a match.

Ronaldo, who currently plays for Al Nassr, grabbed his crotch in response to taunts from home supporters of his rival Lionel Messi during a recent game against Al-Hilal.

The gesture has caused widespread turmoil throughout the country, particularly because it occurred during the holy month of Ramadan.

Ronaldo's actions have led to calls for him to be expelled from the country, with a trending online campaign titled "Expelling the fan's abuser."

However, Al-Nassr has attempted to downplay the significance of the incident, claiming that it was due to a "sensitive" injury in the groin region.

The club's board released a statement clarifying the situation, stating that Ronaldo suffered a blow to a sensitive area during a challenge with Gustavo Cuellar, the Al-Hilal player.

This is not the first time that Ronaldo has been involved in controversy during his career. He has been accused of unsportsmanlike conduct on several occasions.

The incident has also brought attention to the pressure Ronaldo is under in Saudi Arabia, as his team, Al-Nassr, has fallen three points behind leaders Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League title race.
