After a two-year break, Conor McGregor will return to the Octagon. UFC President Dana White reveals Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler were involved in a heated fight during filming the new series.

"Some things started developing amongst the TUF coaches," White added. "Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor were very respectful to each other. Currently, they do not get along."

“There was a lot of s*** that went down on Friday. I don’t look at stuff that’s good for the show. Whatever happens, happens. The stuff that just happened shouldn’t have happened."

MMA journalist Amy Kaplan revealed what happened between the two TUF coaches on Twitter. “I learned about the McGregor and Chandler event that Dana was alluding to on Saturday,” Kaplan wrote.

"The teams reportedly rushed the cage after someone was reportedly knocked out, and McGregor stepped in, shoved Chandler, and slapped someone. NSAC broke it up."

It appears that there will be additional interviews, which might provide fans with a little more information prior to the show. Conor's tendency for losing his control as a coach is known to the fans.

On TUF 22, after his teammate Charlie Ward had won at Bellator 187, he jumped into a cage. As a result, he got into a heated argument with Marc Goddard, the referee who was in the cage.

The exact reason why Conor jumped into the cage will be interesting. TUF 31 is in production and will make its debut in May. It will have a significant impact on Conor and Chandler's future battle.
