McGregor pulled up the duty of a bodyguard after he helped teammate Sinead Kavanagh exit the arena following a brutal knee injury during her fight against Leah McCourt at Bellator 275.
Sinead Kavanagh emerged victorious against Leah McCourt despite blowing off her knee in the second round.
This was the first time that fight fans got to see Conor McGregor inside the Octagon in any kind of appearance, since the brutal ankle injury against Dustin Poirier back at UFC 264.

In a backstage interview, McGregor revealed that he will begin proper sparring by April this year, and is looking to return on August.
