Islam Makhachev has proved himself to be one of the best fighters in the UFC by winning 12 consecutive fights in a row.

Islam reached the peak of his career when he conquered the lightweight championship throne by defeating Olivera at UFC 280.

The Dagestani fighter seems to be an unstoppable force that has just displayed a glimpse of what he can achieve under the guidance of UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov.

However, UFC showman Conor McGregor is not impressed by Islam and feels that he can easily defeat the Dagestan martial artist.

In since-deleted tweets, the two-division champion has described different strategies and weapons he has in his arsenal that can take down the current lightweight champion.

"Nice fight. nice performance. I have built all the tools to beat this style now versus before. Experience vs. s***." Conor wrote in the tweet.

"Face-breaking shots from the clinch and baby brain batter shots from the bottom. And the rest of my repertoire, you know. Steel left leg. Cannon backhand. Wrist control," he further stated.

"The thought of shutting down this system of fighting with my own developed system is quite intriguing to me. Whoever of them against. It’s not personal. It’s a skill evaluation and a fight. Even through generations. The [IMMAF’s], amateurs. A war of attrition. To the box." Conor stated.
