Cody Rhodes is back in WWE after six months. He made a glorious comeback by winning the prestigious Royal Rumble 2023 by eliminating Gunther.

Cody first returned to WWE in WrestleMania 38 as a surprise opponent of Seth Rollins. However, he pulled out of wrestling following a torn pectoral muscle injury.

After enjoying one of his greatest victories in WWE,  The American Nightmare answered questions during the Royal Rumble Post-Show Press Conference.

During the conference, Rhodes exposed the scandals performed by Vince McMahon for the first time on the TV screen. He indirectly stated how Vince controlled the WWE superstars backstage.

"The way I look at it, and I don’t mean this as braggadocious or arrogance, this is something I talked about with one of my kids at the school; if I’m the best, then it doesn’t matter who is showing me where to go and telling me what’s next," said Rhodes.

" If I’m the best, my transaction is simple. These fans pay their money, I make them feel something, and I can do that better than anybody. If I can, then it can be this person or that person.” He further added.

Rhodes also expressed his excitement to work with his new boss Triple H and said, "I'm so glad that relationship gets to develop now,".

Rhodes has gained a lot of experience from AEW and is now all set to entertain the WWE audience. It will be interesting to see how WWE uses Cody Rhodes as one of their top starts.
