CM Punk may never wrestle for All Elite Wrestling again according to famous wrestling journalist Wade Keller.

Keller talking on the latest edition of PWTorch audio said that he believes that the Straight edge star may never wrestle for Tony Khan’s company again after the whole backstage issue.

CM Punk made his much-anticipated return to a pro wrestling ring last year when he appeared on AEW Rampage. He won the AEW World championship twice during his time there.

The Chicago native got suspended from the company earlier this month after a backstage fight with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks after the All Out pay-per-view.

The fight happened after Punk went on a rant about Omega, The Bucks and his former friend Colt Cabana during an AEW press conference post All Out.

The backstage fight is currently being investigated and we are yet to hear from the AEW or the parties involved in the matter. Punk was also stripped of the AEW title.

After Punk was stripped of the title, Tony Khan announced a grand slam tournament to crown the new champion. The tournament was won by Jon Moxley this week.

Punk had also suffered an injury during his match at The All Out pay-per-view therefore, what’s next in CM Punk’s pro wrestling career is something to wait and see.
