Vinicius Jr., the Brazilian prodigy, has quickly risen in the soccer world. With his speed, skills, and knack for scoring crucial goals, he has already achieved remarkable success at Real Madrid.

However, he has once again been subjected to racist abuse from fans in Spanish stadiums. This issue has prompted Vinícius to speak out against racism in La Liga and question Spain`s stance on the matter.

He criticised La Liga, the Spanish Football Federation, and even Spain itself. He wrote, "I’m sorry for the Spaniards who don’t agree, but today, in Brazil, Spain is known as a country of racists."

During a recent match in Valencia, Vinícius was met with chants of "mono" (monkey) from opposing fans. The incident led to the match being briefly halted as he pointed his abusers at the referee.

Real Madrid stands behind Vinícius Jr., considering the abuse a hate crime under Spanish law. The club has filed a complaint and demands a thorough investigation and strong action against racism.

Some officials however issued complete denials about the widespread racism in the stadium, as some of them mentioned that the crowd was actually chanting "tonto," which means silly in Spanish.

Vinícius engaged in a heated Twitter exchange with La Liga's chief executive, Javier Tebas, when he tried to defend the case. He wrote, "Omitting yourself only makes you equal to racists."

Vinícius is getting support from all over the world on this issue, including Kylian Mbappé, Neymar, and Brazil`s president, who addressed this issue in support of Vincius at the G7 Summit in Japan.
