Delivering promos is one of the most important aspect of being a professional wrestler in any promotion you compete.

And when it comes to that, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are two of the best pro-wrestlers to ever hold the microphone.

Add promo skills to in-ring skillset, and you have got a superstar. Someone we already have in the form of Lynch and Rollins.

In a recent conversation with Brian Gewirtz, who is a former WWE lead writer, Lynch and Rollins revealed how much autonomy they have in terms of their promo work.

"Thankfully, for me, it's not like that," Lynch said. It's not like that for this guy [Rollins] either." Lynch revealed if they have to read their promos line to line.

Lynch revealed that they have partial autonomy in terms of what they can say on the microphone, and it doesn't involve reading the WWE script line to line.

Be that as it may, it's not like they write their own promos. Moreover, there are some lines that they absolutely have to hit.

"But we have enough equity. We've gotten enough trust to where, you know, we get to write our own promos, but it's usually a collaborative process." Lynch said.
