Becky Lynch Fires Shots At Roman Reigns' Universal Championship Record

Roman Reigns is finally the megastar WWE has always wanted him to be.

Ever since he turned heel at SummerSlam 2020, he's been silencing detractors with ever move he makes as The Tribal Chief of WWE.

From his cousin Jey Uso to WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg, there is no one who has been able to stop the Head of the Table.

Roman Reigns is officially the longest-reigning champion in WWE in 34 years.

At 568+ days, he is also the longest-reigning Universal Champion in WWE History, a record he will probably hold for a very, very long time.

But there is someone else who has laid claim to that crown and fired shots at The Head of the Table over it.

At WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch won both Women's World Championships in WWE in a truly historic moment.

She would go on to hold the Raw Women's Championship for a record 391 days before relinquishing it due to pregnancy.

Becky Lynch returned at SummerSlam 2021 after a 15-month absence and squashed Bianca Belair to win the title "she never lost".

In the mind of Big Time Becks, she has been a Women's World Champion in WWE for nearly 3 years now; and she let The Tribal Chief know that.

So when WWE's Instagram account posted about Reigns' 567-day title run, Lynch reminded her company just who actually runs things here.

Big Time Becks commented, "That's cute. I'm over 600." in response to the statistic; which, to be fair, isn't inaccurate.

Still, we have a feeling that The Tribal Chief might just overtake that figure with his current title run itself.
