Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors' point guard, left the game against the Dallas Mavericks in the final seconds of the third quarter on Saturday.

As per Shams Charania of The Athletic, Curry will be out for "multiple" weeks due to his serious injury, and the Dubs are currently going through a rough patch.

Steph Curry, the star player of the Golden State Warriors, has a contusion in his lower left leg in addition to partial tears to his interosseous membrane and superior tibiofibular ligaments.

Anthony Slater of The Athletic tweeted about Curry’s injury: "Of note on the Steph Curry lower left leg injury: He initially banged it up in Denver on Thursday on this shot attempt. Listed on the injury report today as a contusion. Had extra padding for it. Then took this second hit that knocked him out of game."

Despite his serious leg injury, Curry managed to score 21 points, grab six rebounds, and score seven assists before leaving the game against the Mavs in the third quarter. However, the Warriors still won 119-113 over the Dallas Mavericks.

Curry's X-ray report, according to the Warriors, was negative. According to sources, he is anticipated to be absent for several weeks and will not be able to attend the 2023 All-Star Game.

Even though the Warriors are already having trouble starting this season, playing without Curry would just make matters worse for them. Fans are also concerned about Curry's unexpected injury.

It is anticipated that De'Aaron Fox might replace Curry in the 2023 All-Star game as his name was frequently mentioned as the ideal candidate to replace Curry, however, nothing as such has been officially announced yet.
