Shaquille O'Neil, the retired basketball player is still at rise, making money through franchises and business investments.

O'Neil owns up to 50 brands in total in different industries such as fitness. Some companies include Auntie Anne's, Five Guys, Papa John's, Krispy Kreme, 40 Fitness Centres, and 150 Car Washes.

O’Neil owns 17 franchisees of Auntie Anne's, the pretzels restaurants. Auntie Anne earns revenue of US$500 million. They are usually found in shopping malls. It has 17 locations across the US.

Shaq made his investment in the Five Guys burger restaurant. He owned and sold 155 Five Guys restaurants. He owns 10% of Five Guys’ entire Franchise portfolio. Five Guys company has earned a revenue of $1.6 billion. This made him a rich man.

Shaq owns 9 Papa John’s outlets in Atlanta. He earns almost $4 million from Papa John’s. Shaq has also appeared in their advertisement and commercials. He is also the brand ambassador and board member of this 3rd largest pizza company in the US.

Shaq also owns his favourite Krispy Kreme, the famous American doughnut company and coffeehouse chain. They have currently 1300 outlets all over. Shaq earns $1.4 million approx. from Krispy Kreme.

Shaq has created Big Chicken, a fast-food dining that serves yummy chicken sandwiches. Big Chicken dining is currently spread out at 10 locations.

Shaq's other business ventures include Lyft, Pepsi, Icy Hot, Vitaminwater, Ring, Forever21, eSports, JC Penney, Sacramento Kings, and so on.

O'Neil's net worth is estimated to be $400 million, most of which comes from his owned franchises.
