The team announced on Thursday that Stephen Curry will not play for the rest of the season due to a partial dislocation on his left shoulder.

Curry will be out for a minimum of 2 weeks, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic, while the Warriors haven't announced an official return date for him.

Charania also reported that Curry will not need to undergo any surgery and is expected to return to the match within a month.

Curry left in the third quarter of the game when the Warriors lost 125-119, after suffering a shoulder injury. Curry missed a 3-point attempt in the previous play, and the long rebound resulted in a Pacers fast break.

Curry grabbed for steel as Jalen Smith moved toward the basket and injured his shoulder in the process.

Curry grabbed his shoulder right away. He was in so much discomfort that the Warriors had to take a timeout before he could enter the locker room.

Although the team declared him ineligible for the rest of the game, he still finished with 38 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Steve Kerr, the Golden State coach told the reporters on Thursday that Steph would get an MRI and they all are hoping for the best.

Jordan Poole will likely continue to start when Andrew Wiggins recovers from his adductor injury, doing more playmaking duties because currently, Curry is no longer an option.
