36-Year-Old Female WWE Champion Gets Into a Heated Backstage Argument

WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair and former WWE authority Sonya Deville were involved in a heated backstage brawl on Smackdown this week.

Deville who was upset following her defeat to the Smackdown Women's Champion last week, asked her former colleague and WWE official Adam Pearce for a rematch for the title.

The request was denied by Pearce which forced Deville to take matters into her own hands by attacking Flair from behind while she was in the middle of an interview.

The two stars then had a huge brawl backstage as security guards and WWE officials were called up to separate the two stars and break up the fight.

It'll be interesting to see if the former Fire and Desire member will be given a shot at Charlotte's championship moving forward. It looks like the plan is to do a short Flair vs Deville feud.

Charlotte Flair won the Smackdown Women's Championship after she made a shocking return and defeated Ronda Rousey in an impromptu match.

Rousey hasn't been seen on WWE TV since her defeat and it looks very likely that she will be returning to Smackdown to get revenge for her defeat.

According to rumors, a Rousey vs Flair rematch for the Smackdown Women's Championship will happen at the Royal Rumble PLE and the winner will most probably main event Wrestlemania 39 night 1.
