Who Should Jorge Masvidal Fight Next?

With the loss to Colby Covington at UFC 272, Jorge Masvidal is now on a 3 fight losing streak.

After knocking out Darren Till and Ben Askren, Jorge Masvidal won the BMF title at UFC 244 and became one of the biggest stars in UFC.

However, two losses to Kamaru Usman and his recent loss to Colby Covington have seriously impacted his star power. He is still one of the biggest stars in UFC but it's unlikely to see him fighting for the title in the welterweight division in the near future.

But, there are some fun matchups for Jorge Masvidal, who is 37 years old and at the later end of his MMA career after 20 years in the game.

Conor McGregor is coming off two losses against Dustin Poirier. And a fight between McGregor and Masvidal does make sense if UFC can't book the Diaz vs McGregor trilogy.

Conor McGregor might return to the octagon in 2022. But, at the moment his goal seems to be the UFC lightweight title.

The first BMF fight with Nate Diaz ended by doctor's stoppage after the third round. And a rematch between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal will certainly excite the fans.

Nate Diaz has one fight left in UFC contract. And a huge PPV fight with Masvidal does look like a great option for UFC.

Leon Edwards is likely to fight Kamaru Usman next. And if Edwards loses to Usman then a fight between Masvidal and Edwards makes sense considering the rivalry between them.

Jorge Masvidal and Leon Edwards got into a physical altercation backstage after Masvidal's win over Till in London.
