Logan Paul and his fallout with co-host George Janko have been a well-covered matter in the past. Owing to their longstanding friendship and subsequently their ugly fallout, the topic has been one that many have often wondered about. That said, Janko’s latest podcast episode with Logan’s best friend and fellow co-host Mike Majlak yielded a lot of answers.
For those unaware, Logan Paul hosted his podcast IMPAULSIVE alongside George Janko and Mike Majlak for a very long time. Since his initial appearance in episode 206, Janko would go on to become a co-host alongside Logan and Mike. This would lead to some of the highest of highs in the show’s history before Janko eventually parted ways in early 2023. Following some distasteful comments regarding George’s religion, things began going downhill.
Although the group had numerous squabbles within themselves over the years, Logan’s comments on Jesus Christ, which he repented on in the following episode, signified the end of his friendship with Janko. Thereafter, George would create his own show, whilst appearing on IMPAULSIVE as well. However, it was only a matter of time before people realized that Logan’s ‘best friend’ had been phased out from the show entirely.
George Janko on the breaking point in his friendship with Logan Paul
Seeing that there were more than a few subtle jabs thrown from either side, many had come to accept the fact that George Janko was off the show. That said, the comedian since revealed that he was held against his will from talking on the matter. Similarly, Logan Paul and Mike Majlak were also strictly mum about the subject. All in all, it was clear to see that they had parted on not-so-good terms.
In a recent episode of his show, Janko invited Mike Majlak onto the show, which made for a very interesting situation. With so much talk about it at one point, fans were keen to finally find out where it all went wrong for the trio.
“Do you know what the last straw for me was? The last straw for me was Mike, I had to escape. I had to leave for my own fear. When Logan came after me for my religion, the show hit rock bottom and we weren’t getting paid. I was getting paid $5,000 a month and that’s covering just (cameraman). I have a mortgage, I have a sister that works for me, I have Belle, I’m trying to get married, I had all these things.”
“So I had to start my own show because we’re not making money on this show (IMPAULSIVE) and I’m getting pushed out of it. I can show you my books, I was spending 10 G’s a month, being on the show. Name me a job that you’re a part of that you spent $10,000 for.”
Further, Logan Paul seemingly forbade Janko from partnering with Celsius for his show, seeing that it was a direct competitor to PRIME Hydration, his incredibly successful drink.
“This is a guy who’s sharing screenshots of $11 million a week that he’s making. And on top of that, we never got any money from PRIME, and we owned that show. So technically, we should have gotten a percentage of that.”
Further, George revealed that he tried to negotiate with Logan saying, “I will take half the deal that Celsius gives me, half, if you want to put it on the table for my show.” In his response, Logan said, “I won’t pay you a dime, you’re here because of me. Go have your rich dad pay for it.”
Thus, things had gotten to a point wherein the trio were not even on proper speaking terms with each other. Not only that, there were times when they had even sought to incite violence against each other. As George Janko claims, he had to move away from the toxic environment of the show and Logan Paul for his own well-being.
George Janko is open to mending his relationship with Logan Paul
Since parting ways with IMPAULSIVE, George Janko doubled down on his show and managed to do quite well for himself. With a number of high-profile guests and some very known individuals like Andrew Tate, Jake Paul, Howie Mandel, and others appearing on the show, it made for a very profitable venture. Not only that, but George was also able to get the Celsius deal, which was a big topic of contention between him and Logan Paul.
That said, George has time and again shown that he is not out for Logan and is more than happy to be able to do his own thing. In fact, in an episode with JiDion, Janko even defended Logan’s name and claimed his innocence amid the CryptoZoo drama. Thus, despite their ugly break, George still respects and holds Logan Paul in high regard for all that he has learned from him.

“I have great memories with Logan. I do. I have great memories with him. He’s taught me so much in life that I can handle now, through what he’s put me through and what he’s taught me.”
“There is nothing that I regret with that relationship, but I will not bow anymore. And if he wants to come to me as a man and we can discuss it as men, then we’ll talk about it. But I’m no longer his right hand. I’m not gonna be it.”
“I do pray that we can mend it, and make it right.”
Having had the opportunity to sit down with Mike Majlak and properly hash things out, the 31-year-old is also hopeful that he can do the same with Logan Paul. Often seen as a humble, genuine, and caring human being, Janko’s compassion towards Logan despite their differences is a reflection of who he is as a person. As such, despite all the hardships drama, and tribulations, he’s managed to come out as a better person.
