Seven-time Olympic gold-winning American gymnast, Simone Biles shared a picture with her newborn niece last November, sparking rumors about her having a baby. Now that she has returned to her husband, Jonathan Owens, after a month of separation, the question has resurfaced.
Last year in November, Biles shared an Instagram post with a newborn in her arms. While that sent some fans into hysteria at first, assuming that she was the mother, her caption cleared the air that it was her niece. The girl, referred to as TT in her post, is her brother’s child. However, the post clearly showed how fond the newly-turned aunt, Simone was of the baby.

Biles made history in August, winning her eighth national title in the 2023 US Classic. To focus on her preparation, she braved a ‘hiatus’ from her marriage to Jonathan Owens. Now that the Olympics 2024 is just around the corner, the 26-year-old is not expected to get pregnant either. So, the fans might have to wait till she becomes the most successful gymnast in US history, pipping Shannon Miller.
Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens tied the knot in 2023
Biles has been dating American football player Jonathan Owens since August 2020. When the gymnast withdrew from several events at the Tokyo Olympics in August 2021 to concentrate on her mental health, Owens offered her support. At a ceremony on February 15, 2022, Biles declared her engagement to Owens. Their wedding day is April 22, 2023. Late in 2022, Biles and Owens posted pictures from their engagement shoot to their individual Instagram profiles.

They prepared for the “big cake-cutting moment” on their wedding day a few months later. Then, in April 2023, Biles hosted a bridal shower with a “Cloud 9” motif to honor her and Owens’ impending marriage. Her friends were all dressed in various colors of blue, while she shined in a white halter-style dress. On her Instagram feed, Biles held a Q&A session with her followers on July 17.
The gymnast gave her fans a chance to ask her whatever they wanted. Biles occurred to shed some light on her and her husband Jonathan Owens’ family planning in addition to addressing many questions about her career and her new home.
