In the past, it has been seen that Dana has shown remarkable results after his 86-hour water fast. Showcasing his improvements on social media and podcasts, White is always ecstatic to talk about their benefits. Notably, the UFC head honcho is seemingly repeating the fast, but with one change.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote, “69 hours into my fast. Land in Las Vegas in 9 hrs, 25 mins! Heading straight into the #superhumanprotocol as soon as I land. PUMPED! Feeling amazing”.
Whilst it is assumed that he is once again repeating the well-known 86-hour fast, the SuperHuman Protocol is relatively unheard of.
