Congrats Nate Diaz on making it to the end of his contractual obligations with the UFC, and as a bonafide superstar goer. An incredible feat. Fair play.

However, as fans very well know Nate’s prime weapon was not just his combatting skills. The American MMA fighter had mastered the art of being an elite trash-talker from a very early stage in his career. However, he just might have gone a bit far with the choice of words for his elder brother, Nick.
Nate Diaz roasts his elder brother in a viral video
The 38-year-old mixed-martial artist had a knack for roasting his opponents. Nate could deliver epic punchlines that could even make his opponents have a little smirk. However, fans did not expect the 38-year-old to go berserk on his brother Nick Diaz. In a viral video shared that has been making the rounds of X, Nate Diaz appears to be roasting his elder brother.

The video shows Nate saying that he hates his elder brother because he thinks Nick’s a d*ck. He also described his elder brother as “a crazy motherf***er”. Presumably, a friend of Nick might be in charge of the camera duty for the video.
However, Nate like a good younger brother did not believe that he could beat Nick Diaz in a fight. But believes that he can say whatever he wants to about his elder brother since he is related to Nick. One of the reasons that Nick cannot harm Nate, as portrayed by the 38-year-old himself, is because he has a lot of loyal friends. Nate Diaz, said in the video, “I got homies man, that got my back.”
To this comment, his friend holding the camera popped the hilarious question of whether Nate’s mom is one of the homies he was talking about. The room, filled with the MMA fighter’s friends burst into laughter. Nate Diaz most probably passed those comments about his elder brother jokingly, given the strong bond between the Diaz brothers.
Nate talks about the supportive side of his elder brother
The American mixed martial artist talked about his elder in an interview with ESPN. The snippet gave the audience a better look at the support that Nate received from his elder brother since they were both young. Nick Diaz, reportedly never let anyone in their high school bully his young brother. Nick made sure that Nate had a safe and sound life in high school where nobody could traumatize him.
The ESPN Interviewer asked Nate if he was ever bullied in high school. To which, the former UFC fighter said (via INSIDESPORT), “No, hell nah. Nah, I had a big brother, man. Ain’t nobody mess with me.”
That wasn’t the only time though, when the Diaz brothers stood up for one another. Nate Diaz slammed a reporter when he tried to ask the 38-year-old a disrespectful question about his elder brother. This happened during the press conference for Nate’s fight against internet personality Jake Paul in 2023. The reporter believed that he could beat Nick Diaz in a fight.
Nick has been very instrumental in helping out his younger brother with his career. As an elder brother, he has taken part in press conferences for his younger brother’s fight as well as being a spectator at Nate’s fights. A prolific fighter himself, Nick Diaz has fought under different MMA promoters where he was known for his striking as well as grappling skills.
