Conor McGregor is undoubtedly one of the most popular fighters in the modern UFC era. The double champ is the biggest PPV star in the UFC. However, a nasty leg injury has kept him out for a very long time. His latest fight was in the year 2021 against bitter rival, Dustin Poirier.
Recently, Conor posted a bunch of photos with his son where he is looking very slim. After his leg injury, Conor McGregor suddenly gained a massive amount of weight which caught the MMA fans by surprise. Furthermore, many people including UFC announcer Joe Rogan accused him of using PEDs. “He looks like his piss would melt that USADA cup,” said Rogan during his podcast.

This slim and upgraded version of Conor McGregor has got the MMA community talking. Fans had some hilarious reactions to his Instagram post. One of the fans said, “Slimmed down so much, definitely fighting sooner than 6 months lol,” taking a shot at the USADA six-month rule. “His kid will fight before him,” said another fan.
One Instagram user decided to take shots at Conor‘s buddy Dillon Danis by saying, “Should’ve taught Dillon how to properly box smh,” based on Dillon’s recent boxing performance. McGregor is definitely looking like a lightweight now and fans can’t wait for him to face Michael Chandler.
Conor McGregor is back in the USADA pool
On October 5, 2023, Conor McGregor announced that he had finally submitted his documents to USADA. Furthermore, on October 8, 2023, USADA CEO, Travis T.Tygart confirmed that ‘The Notorious One’ is back in the USADA testing pool. This piece of information made MMA fans very excited as they could finally experience a McGregor fight again.
However, if the UFC adheres to the USADA policy, it will take six more months before we can see Conor in the octagon. The UFC-USADA partnership has come to an end and according to the USADA CEO, Conor McGregor is to blame for this situation.

According to Tygart, he is not sure if the UFC will honor their six-month policy in the case of McGregor. On the other hand, Conor McGregor has not responded to these allegations as of now. However, UFC president Dana White called USADA out for their statement.
Conor McGregor’s latest appearance in the UFC was for The Ultimate Fighter 31 along with Michael Chandler. He is expected to face Chandler for his return match in the octagon.
