Paddy Pimblett has established himself as one of the biggest stars in the UFC lightweight division. From charity work to trash talk, Pimblett remains unmatched in terms of the number of headlines he creates without much effort. It is a sign that fans are loving what Paddy The Baddy is selling to them and they are clamoring for more.
Paddy Pimblett’s trash talk and unconventional fighting style are certainly entertaining to the fans. But his walkout entrance to the events is also worth watching. The Liverpool native has himself declared that his walkout is the best in the MMA world.
Pimblett has conquered fans with a combination of lighting tricks, symmetrical moves, and pumping music. The British fighter has also promised to deliver an iconic UFC London walkout which will be spoken about by the fans for years to come.
The former Cage Warriors featherweight champion has made his walkout a trademark as he always performs the entrance with a remix of “Lethal Industry” by Tiësto and “Heads Will Roll” by Yeah Yeah Yeah’s.
Paddy Pimblett retained the song once more as he walked out to “Lethal Industry” by Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, and “Heads Will Roll” by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, during his UFC 282 fight against Jared Gordon.
Paddy Pimblett wanted to impress Dana White with his walkout
While his fighting ability is what matters once the cage door shuts, nobody can deny that Paddy Pimblett is one of the most entertaining personalities in all of the mixed martial arts.
During an interview with ESPN MMA’s Brett Okamoto, Paddy Pimblett mentioned that he wants to impress Dana White with his walkout at UFC London this weekend. Paddy Pimblett also mentioned that the UFC President will get goosebumps when he sees Pimblett’s walkout.
“They best make that arena go black lad before I walk out, all those lights best go out when my song comes on. You’ll never have seen something like it. I really hope Dana comes. He’s gonna get goosebumps and be like oh my god, this is the second coming of Jesus Christ. He’s gonna be like what is going on here when I walk out, lad. No-one would’ve seen anything like it.”
Paddy Pimblett has a short but impressive resume in the UFC. He knocked out Luigi Vendramini on his UFC debut in 2021. He followed up the 1st round KO win over Vendramini with a submission win over Rodrigo Vargas in his second UFC fight. On his last outing inside the Octagon, the Liverpool native submitted Jordan Leavitt via rear-naked choke in round 2.
Fans will have the pleasure of witnessing Pimblett (MMA record 19-3) once more on December 10th, when he fights Jared Gordon in the co-main event of UFC 282.
