UFC middleweight title contender Sean Strickland is considered one of the most controversial fighters in the sport. He has been under fire for making insensitive comments on different topics and also likes to pick fights with random people. This time Tarzan has set his sights on Jon Jones and called him out for his fake personality.
UFC Heavyweight champion Jon Jones is considered the greatest fighter of all time. He was the youngest fighter to become a UFC champion and also happens to hold several records. Despite having an illustrious professional career, Jon has had a troubled personal life.
He has been arrested a few times, tested positive for illegal substances by USADA and also allegedly assaulted his wife. Despite the clear issues, Jones has tried to portray himself as a good person. Strickland pointed out the same and called Jones a fake person on his podcast.

“The last f****g fight Jon had was with his wife, the guy had so much ring rust. My only thing with Jon Jones is he’s just a fake motherf***r. Didn’t he f**g hit a pregnant chick and break her arms and drive off and s**?” said Strickland. Even though Sean seems to despise Jon’s act, he does not hate the heavyweight champion.
Instead, Tarzan wants Jones to own his wrongdoings and stop portraying a fake persona. ” So what f** me off is like ‘ Oh no god loves me ‘ like no dude you are a piece of shit. I would like to hang out with the guy, I’m sure he’s a funny motherf**r. I just want him to own his s** and then people will accept him,” added Strickland.
Jones was last arrested in 2021 for felony battery and domestic violence against his wife. Since then he has been trying to clean his act and become a better person.
Jon Jones arrested for assaulting his wife in Vegas
Jon Jones is one of the most accomplished fighters in UFC history and the current heavyweight champion. Before his heavyweight debut, Jones was inducted into UFC’s Hall Of Fame in Vegas, in 2021. However, the celebrations were short-lived as Jon was arrested by the Las Vegas Police Department.
Jones was charged with felony, battery, domestic violence and tampering with vehicle hours after his induction. According to the reports the incident took place at Caesars Palace and Jones assaulted his fiancee Jessie Moses with their three kids present.

Jon’s fiancee Jessie stated that the 35-year-old pulled her hair when she tried to leave the room. She later explained to the security guard that she did not feel safe going back to the room and was taken to the security office. By the time police arrived, Jones had already left the premises but was quickly arrested on a nearby street.
While in custody Jones admitted that he was going through difficult times. He denied all accusations of assaulting Jessie and only recalled saying goodbye to his kids before his night out. Regardless, Jones was transported to Clark County Detention and booked.
Now, the 35-year-old seems to have fixed issues with his fiancee as they both are back together. Jon will be facing former champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 295 to defend his title possibly for the last time.
